Purpose:

Liturgical Art and Environment is an ad hoc committee of the Pastoral Council that is responsible for making the worship space worthy for liturgical, devotional and contemplative prayer.

Contact:

Please contact us if you would like to be a member of our Liturgical Art and Enviornment team.

Membership:

Any registered and active member of the parish with gifts to share is welcome to join the Committee. We are always seeking individuals who wish to participate in this ministry.

Responsibilities:

Make environment suitable for all liturgical seasons, ordinary time, special feasts and occasions. The environment is appropriate when it is beautiful, hospitable and liturgically accurate and encourages participation.

Gifts to Share:

Love of liturgy, floral arranging, sewing, carpentry, art, and design are but a few of the talents that are needed to make this committee operate effectively. However, artistic experience is not necessary, but a willingness and desire to enhance the quality of our worship is always required.

Commitment:

We pride ourselves in living out the charism and values of
what makes our parish distinctly Catholic.
